Yoga can be as simple as using your computer, or even your phone! All you have to do is click a link, and it will take you straight to the Virtual Class. The good thing about Virtual classes is that I guide you through the whole practice in real-time, and if you do happen to miss a class, I always have a recording of the class if you need it!
If you would like more guidance or privacy, I’d recommend my one-on-one lessons. This is a great option if you need more attention to you particular needs. It is very difficult to help each and every student in a regular Yoga class. In this setting, all attention will be on you! This is especially helpful if you have particular aches and pains that just wont go away, long time injuries that need to be dealt with in a skillful manner, or if you have a specific goal in mind for your Yoga practice.
Whatever the case may be, I’m happy to help! Classes can be in your home, in-studio, or virtual.
You don’t need to become a full time Yoga Teacher to do a Yoga Teacher Training. I personally think of these trainings as a Personal Development Program, that happen to also provide you with a certificate to teach Yoga. Learn the underlying Yoga philosophy behind the practice. Become skillful and aware of exactly how and why we do each posture and how to professionally guide students. Most importantly, learn how to infuse you life with mindfulness and the wisdom of Yoga.
